Designed on Maryland's Eastern Shore for Light Tackle Mid Atlantic Fishing

We designed the Cove Chesapeake Series line of light tackle rods with input from fishermen on the Eastern Shore of Maryland to target fish of the Mid Atlantic. The rods are designed from the ground up to provide the right combination of power, action and performance. We selected only high end proven components. Each model earns its logo by spending a few months in the hands of not so gentle local captains and guides. We work directly with a world class rod manufacturer to deliver a high performance product at an unbeatable price. You will not find rods with this level of components, detailed design attention and overall quality for these prices anywhere.

The line up includes two jigging rods with fast action tips - a 6'0" version and a 6'6" version. A casting rod designed wit more moderate action and plenty of backbone - ideal for drifting flounders or live lining. And a new 5'6" rod we call "The Little Big Stick". This little guy is great fun for Perch or Spot, but we've designed to be strong enough to handle a nice size Striper - just in case.
